Community of Viera Ranked Among Top 25 Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities

The community of Viera, Florida has been selected the fifth top-selling Master Planned Community in the state of Florida and 25th in the nation. “This recognition helps evidence the fact that Viera’s master plan is dynamic and adaptable in a changing and growing Space Coast market,” said Todd Pokrywa, President of The Viera Company.

BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – The community of Viera, Florida has been selected the fifth top-selling Master Planned Community in the state of Florida and 25th in the nation by RCLCO, who has conducted a national survey identifying the top-selling Master Planned Communities in the nation for the past 25 years.

“Florida once again represents a majority of the nation’s 50 top-selling MPCs,” according to RCLCO’s mid-year rankings report.

“And this trend is expected to continue as communities like…Viera continues to experience success.”

The rankings are based on new-homes sales, with feedback from industry contacts and consultants, whose research supports this prestigious annual compiling.

“This recognition helps evidence the fact that Viera’s master plan is dynamic and adaptable in a changing and growing Space Coast market,” said Todd Pokrywa, President of The Viera Company.

Pokrywa said the MPC rankings are one of the benchmarks that allow Viera to measure our sales activity versus other comparable projects across the state and country and are pleased to have once again achieved this honor.
