BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – The Art Gallery of Viera at The Avenues celebrated the Grand Opening of their new location at The Avenues in Viera.

The gallery’s new location is 2261 Town Center Ave. – between Coldwater Creek and Yankee Candle.

Viera's Art Gallery and Art Education Center serves the Space Coast including Viera, Melbourne, Palm Bay, Cocoa, Rockledge, Cocoa Beach, Titusville, Suntree, Satellite Beach, Indialantic, Patrick AFB, Port St John, and is also a short trip from Daytona, Vero, Vero Beach and Orlando.

“The new gallery is more spacious, with three showrooms rather than two,” said Marketing Director Bobbi Brown.

“The lighting is better and the artwork is hung by artist to better represent their work. The new gallery has a classroom and continues to hold classes and workshops.”

The gallery celebration was held March 10 as Pizza Gallery and Grill provided the refreshments and the gallery’s professional award winning artists were on hand to greet the enthusiastic crowd. Talented artists new to the gallery were also introduced.

“We’re very proud to be part of the Viera community and to offer the largest, most beautiful gallery in Brevard County,” said Brown, who is one of the original founders of the gallery and teaches watercolor and mixed media classes and workshops.

The new gallery is accepting applications from artists. To apply log on to ArtGalleryofViera.com
