Parks And Recreation Group To Meet In Titusville

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – A number of issues will be on the table when the North Brevard Commission on Parks and Recreation meets later this week.

The group will conduct its monthly meeting for May at 5 p.m. Thursday in the Brevard Room at 518 South Palm Avenue in Titusville.

Terry Lane, North Brevard Parks and Recreation Area superintendent, said one or more members of the Titusville City Council and representatives of the Causeway Improvements Referendum Committee, the Equestrian Trails & Facilities Referendum Committee and the Mims-Scottsmoor Community Center Referendum Committee will attend the meeting.

The Brevard Room is on the north side of the parking lot behind the Brevard County Government Center-North.

The North Brevard Commission on Parks and Recreation consists of a nine-member board charged with the the responsibility of establishing, maintaining and administering a system of parks and recreation facilities in North Brevard County.

The public is welcome to attend the meeting.
