Dorothy Chandler Benton, 65, Passed Away

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA — Dorothy Chandler Benton, 65, of Palm Bay, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2012, in Melbourne, Florida.

She was born in Washington, D.C..

Dorothy retired from the National Institute of Health.

She was a member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church and a participant with Relay for Life.

Dorothy is survived by her husband, Dennis; daughter and son-in-law, Megan and Chris High; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Crystal Benton; and grandchildren, Sarah, Avery, Allison, Addisyn and Alexander.

Also surviving is her twin sister, Dinah (Rick) Beverley; sisters, Frances Chandler, Patricia (Ken) Schneider and Helen Chandler; and nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 26 at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church.
