Home School Art, P.E. Classes Available In Viera

BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – Brevard County South Area Parks and Recreation is offering Home School Art and Physical Education classes this fall at the Viera Regional Community Center.

Classes at the center, 2300 Judge Fran Jamieson Way in Viera, will begin Aug. 14.

Art class will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. for ages 9 through 12 and 2 to 3 p.m. for ages 5 to 8.

P.E. class will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. for ages 5 to 8, and 2 to 3 p.m. for ages 9 to 12.

The cost is $2 per child per class.

Additional supply charges may apply to the art class and registration begins Wednesday.

Home School Art will focus on creativity and imagination, while P.E. will focus on teaching cooperation and teamwork and keeping children active.

All activities are conducted and supervised by Brevard County Parks and Recreation staff.
