Missing Woman Found Dead In Canaveral Groves

Foul Play Not Suspected
BREVARD COUNTY • CANAVERAL GROVES, FLORIDA – Deputies from the Brevard County Sheriff’s Department have identified the body of a woman discovered this morning alongside Canaveral Groves Boulevard.
Christian Elizabeth Walsh of 612 Emerald Lakes Drive in Cocoa, 46, was reported missing yesterday by her father.
Sheriff’s Department spokesman Lt. Tod Goodyear said that an agent from the Sheriff’s Office did have contact with Walsh on Saturday regarding an unrelated investigation.
Goodyear said the death is under investigation and foul play is not suspected.
“A determination of the cause and manner of death is pending the autopsy,” Goodyear said.
