BPN, MPAC Open Office During One Senior Place Event

BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – Brevard Physicians Network (BPN) and Medical Practitioners for Affordable Care (MPAC) held their Grand Opening event for their new office location at One Senior Place on Friday, Oct. 19.
“We are delighted to be opening our new BPN – MPAC office at One Senior Place,” said Brenda Radke, BPN & MPAC Chief Operating Officer. This will allow for an even greater outreach for MPAC in a great location like One Senior Place.”
The BPN/MPCA Grand Opening took place in conjunction with the One Senior Place Senior Insurance event, which featured a wealth of information about senior insurance options, preventive health care and lots of free giveaways and refreshments. The annual event featured educational seminars, gourmet refreshments, and free health screenings.Hundreds of Brevard residents attended Senior Insurance Solutions Day at One Senior Place in Viera.

Representatives from Florida Eye Associates, VITAS, and Gentiva were on hand to answer questions and provide information. Sponsors also included Health First Health Plans, Wuesthoff Progressive Care Center, and MetLife.
FREE HEALTH SCREENINGS
Guest speakers included Ken Whittaker of Whittaker Cooper Financial Group, and Stephen Moree of Health First Health Plans. An “Ask the Expert” question and answer session covered questions on medicare, insurance, and health care reform. Others in attendance included Liana Hotusing of VITAS, Amanda Beikmann of Courtenay Springs Village, and Ashley Wilkinson of Vein Care of Brevard.
Complimentary spinal exams, flu shots, and hearing screenings were offered to attendees, and seminars, prizes and refreshments were offered throughout the event.
