Trio Set To Play For University Teams

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – A  trio of student-athletes from Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy will be taking their game to the next level next season.

Officials from Holy Trinity announced Wednesday that seniors Ryan Allison, Isabel Carmona, and Savannah Hicks have signed their National Letters of Intent to play in college.

Allison will play golf at Colgate University in New York. He chose to concentrate on golf after his freshman season, when he earned second-team all-conference honors in varsity tennis.

Carmona will play indoor and beach volleyball at Florida State University. She is a 6-foot-3 right side hitter who specializes in blocking shots.

Hicks will play indoor and beach volleyball at Florida Atlantic University. She has excelled in volleyball at both the club level and playing for the Tigers prep team.

The next national athletic signing days will be Feb. 6 for football, soccer, cross country and track and field.

April 17 will be another national signing for all other sports.
