Florida Tech Holds One-Day Soccer Camp Jan. 5

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Florida Tech men’s soccer head coach Robin Chan has announced the date of the Panthers Winter ID Camp for boys between the ages of 15 and 19.
The one-day clinic will be from 10 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5 at Rick Stottler Field in Melbourne.
Price of the camp is only $95 per camper and it includes lunch at the Panther Dining Hall on Florida Tech’s campus.
Check-in for all campers will begin at 10 a.m. on Jan. 5 at Rick Stottler Field, and the first training session will begin at 10:30 a.m. and run until 12:30 p.m.
The training session will consist of fundamental training, tactical training and small side games. Lunch will be from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the Panther Dinning Hall.
After lunch, a question and answering session will run for a half-hour for campers to ask questions and get advice from the Florida Tech coaches and staff.
The participants will then compete in 11-on-11 scrimmages from 2 to 4 p.m. at Rick Stottler Field.
From 4 to 4:15 p.m. the camp will wrap up with closing remarks.
Out of town/state campers will have the opportunity to see the Florida Tech campus a day early on Friday, Jan. 4.
