BREVARD COUNTY • WEST MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – HomeLife Coastal Properties has announced that Andy Anderson has joined their Melbourne Real Estate office as the newest member of their sales team.
Anderson brings to the office a wide range of unique experience.
“I am excited about the opportunities that exist in Brevard’s improving economy and real estate market” said Anderson. “And joining HomeLife Coastal will be a significant benefit to my future clients as they utilize and apply the latest real estate related technology in property research, marketing and transactions.”
Anderson will specialize in South Brevard, including communities in Palm Bay, West Melbourne, Melbourne and the South Beaches.
He plans to work for HomeLife Coastal Properties on a part-time basis because of other obligations and commitments as Chairman of the Board of Brevard County Commissioners.
Anderson brings vast knowledge, past and present, to Homelife Coastal Properties.
He has worked in senior management for Johnson Controls (Kennedy Space Center) and as Internet Sales Manager for Harley-Davidson.
Anderson is currently active with several organizations including serving on the Board of Directors for the Space Coast Economic Development Commission; the Board of Directors for the Space Coast Tourist Development Commission; a Board Member for the Space Coast Transportation Planning Organization; Executive Board of the Central Florida Council and Riverside District of the Boy Scouts of America; and a member of Leadership Brevard Class of 2011.
He also was a council member and Deputy Mayor for the city of Palm Bay from 2003 to 2007.
