Extreme Allstars Excel In State Cheer Championships

Next Competition Feb. 9 In Tampa

DAYTONA BEACH, FLORIDA – Competing against hundreds of cheer and dance teams from the greater Southeast, the Extreme Allstars cheerleading and dance teams won numerous awards at the State Cheer and Dance Championships in Daytona Beach on Jan. 12 and 13.

Team placements included:

• 1st place, Senior Hip Hop Dance

• 1st place, Junior Hip Hop Dance

• 1st place, Level 2, Senior Orange Cheerleading

• 3rd place, Level 4, Senior Purple Cheerleading

• 3rd place, Level 3, Junior Purple Cheerleading

• 3rd place, Level 2, Youth Orange Cheerleading

“This is the first competition of the season, and all of our teams performed admirably,” said Mandy Field, Extreme Allstars coach and owner. “All our cheerleaders and dancers did an excellent job this past weekend and they all excelled and beat competitors from across the Southeast.”

The Extreme Allstars next competition will be The Official Florida Championships at the Florida State Fair on Feb. 9 and 10 in Tampa.

Extreme Allstars is a competitive program specializing in cheerleading and Hip Hop dance based in Melbourne for both girls and boys. It was founded in 1998 by Mandy Field.

The Extreme Allstars program is for ages 4 to 18 and offers both competitive and recreational teams. Its coaching staff is dedicated and has more than 75 years combined coaching experience.

All coaches are certified Level 5 by the U.S. All Star Federation. They believe in developing youth by building self esteem, teamwork, integrity and coaching athletes to their highest potential.

Athletes trained at the Extreme Allstars state-of-the-art facility that includes two full-size springboard floors, a foam floor, a rod tumbling strip, a tumble track and air track.
