New Membership Initiatives In Works
BREVARD COUNTY • ROCKLEDGE, FLORIDA – KemperSports, a trusted name in golf course management, has been retained by the board of directors at Rockledge Country Club to provide turnkey management of the private, member-owned club.
As one of the oldest private clubs on the Space Coast, Rockledge Country Club becomes the latest addition to KemperSports’ growing private club portfolio.
“Like many private clubs across the nation, we are searching for new ways to stay relevant with our members in this challenging and evolving economy,” said Don Sparpana, president of Rockledge Country Club. “KemperSports is very familiar with the challenges facing our club, and their expertise, systems and collaborative approach to working with the board made them the right fit for Rockledge Country Club.”
KemperSports will work closely with members and staff of Rockledge Country Club to re-establish the value proposition of a club membership.
Initiatives include a vibrant social calendar with golf and non-golf events appealing to all member segments, a new member ambassador program and enhanced member communication tools, including an updated website.
In addition, KemperSports will implement its proprietary customer service training program, TrueServiceTM, to improve the member and guest experience.

Rockledge Country Club opened as a 9-hole course in the early 1920s and was one of the first golf courses to be built in Brevard County.
The club now features a strategically-challenging 18-hole, par-71 golf course with an expansive clubhouse with a recently remodeled golf shop, full-service restaurant and lounge, a banquet and meeting facility and outdoor dining.
