Extreme Allstars Receive Bids To National Championships

Squads Accept Invitations To Prestigious Event
BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Extreme Allstars cheer and dance teams excelled at The American Open in Orlando last weekend with all teams placing in the top three.

Team awards included:
• 1st place, Senior Orange: Senior Orange also won an At-Large bid to The Summit
• 1st place, Youth Orange Cheer
• 1st place, Youth Hip Hop Dance
• 2nd place, Junior Purple: Junior Purple also won an At-Large bid to The Summit
• 2nd place, Senior White
• 3rd place, Senior Purple
The Summit is an all levels, invite-only national championship event scheduled for May 4 and 5 at the Disney World Orlando Walt Disney Resort and two Extreme Allstars teams will be competing.
Only 18 At-Large bids were distributed at the competition.
“Extreme’s cheerleaders and dances had a great weekend and competed against teams from all over the southeast,” said Mandy Field, Extreme Allstars coach and owner. “We are very excited about receiving two partial bids to The Summit. This competition is only open to the ‘best of the best’ and we are thrilled to be invited to participate and represent Melbourne.”
The Extreme Allstars next competition will be April 5 to 7 at the 12th annual Clash of the Titans Competition in Orlando.
Extreme Allstars is a competitive program specializing in cheerleading and Hip Hop dance based in Melbourne for both girls and boys. It was founded in 1998 by Mandy Field and has programs for ages 4 to 18 and offers both competitive and recreational teams.
Its coaching staff is dedicated and has more than 75 years combined coaching experience and all coaches are certified Level 5 by the U.S. All Star Federation.
The program helps developing youth by building self esteem, teamwork, integrity and coaching our athletes to their highest potential. Our athletes are trained in a state-of-the-art facility that includes two full-size springboard floors, a foam floor, a rod tumbling strip, a tumble track and an air track.
