BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – TEPAS Healthcare, an affiliate of The Institute for Healthcare, has announced the opening of TEPAS Wound Care group.
An innovative approach for Brevard County wound care service needs, TEPAS Wound Care has created a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary wound care service program.
Partnering with skilled nursing facilities to provide physician, wound, and surgical services; inpatient wound care consulting for hospitals and home health agencies, as well as a consultative model for individual patient care.
TEPAS Wound Care, headed by Dr. Lauren Romeo, MD, MS, CWS, and medical director of the new group will oversee wound care services at all TEPAS office locations, and the multiple Brevard County facilities.
Dr. Romeo is board certified by the American Board of Preventative Medicine, Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine, and the American Academy of Family Practice.
Dr. Romeo’s addition to TEPAS Wound Care brings the combined expertise of TEPAS Healthcare physicians Drs. Emran and Irfan Imami, Dr. Clifford Gelman and Dr. Al Pecoraro.
