Oquendo was also indicted on charges of shooting into an occupied vehicle and possession of a firearm by a delinquent.

He was arrested by Brevard County Sheriff’s Deputies on March 28 and has been held at the Brevard County Juvenile Center since then.

Ingram was shot as a crowd milled about in a parking lot at Lakeview Park on Lakeview Boulevard in West Cocoa.

The Grand Jury heard testimony from the Brevard County Medical Examiner, a Brevard County Sheriff’s Office crime scene investigator and agent, and five lay witnesses before returning the indictment, according to Assistant State Attorney Michael Hunt.

Hunt said Oquendo should be transferred to the adult detention facility and go before a judge today at the jail during Initial Proceedings.
