Mars-Themed Attraction Planned for Titusville

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA — 4Frontiers Corporation spin-off NewSpace Center, LLC, is developing INTERSPACE, a space-themed destination coming to Titusville.

It recognizes the economic potential resulting from the convergence of four current and upcoming space frontiers – Earth orbit, the Moon, Mars, and Asteroids. The company’s distinguished team is from around the world and includes experts from NASA, MIT, Stanford, University of Florida, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and other respected institutions.”
According to 4Frontiers Corporation, Phase I of construction will begin construction on phase one once it has reached its goal of $80 million for construction costs of the 22,000 square foot facility.
The attraction will be located near I-95 at Space Coast Regional Airport in Titusville.

THE 4FRONTIERS CORPORATION SENIOR MANAGEMENT INCLUDES:
• Mark Homnick, CEO and co-founder of 4Frontiers
Mark served as Program Manager for both the Gen I and Gen II Mars settlement programming studies. His professional experience includes a decade at Intel as program/project manager for wafer fabrication facility design and construction, plus another decade with AT&T developing commercial production facilities. His technical background includes a BSME from Pennsylvania State University and multiple publications on high purity fluids. He is also coauthor on two Mars related books and two peer reviewed technical publications on the topics of Mars settlement architecture and space economics.
• Frank Crossman, Ph.D. – Technology & Business Advisor
Frank is a graduate of Cornell University (B.S. and M.Eng. in Materials Engineering) and Stanford University (Ph.D. in Materials Science) and conducted postdoctoral studies in Applied Physics at Harvard University. From 1966 until his retirement in 1998, Frank was employed by Lockheed in their Palo Alto Research facilities. He retired as Director of Materials Systems encompassing Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space Advanced Technology Centers efforts in materials, structures, controls, and NDE. During 1991-1996 Dr. Crossman was the ATCs Director of three Materials Technologies organizations: Chemistry, Structures, and Materials Applications. Dr. Crossman has published over 50 articles in technical journals and conference proceedings and has co-edited three books. He was a member of the National Research Council’s National Materials Advisory Board for seven years and also served as Chair of the Board of Governors of the NSF sponsored Institute for Mechanics and Materials at UCSD and as a member of Industrial Advisory Board of MIT’s Materials Processing Center.
• Paul Kosieracki – NewSpace Center, LLC – CFO
Paul Kosieracki is the company CFO. He is a licensed Florida commercial real estate broker with 31 years of combined executive level corporate financial and operational experience both domestically and internationally. He has a proven capability to develop value creating strategies that maximize cash flow, create the most favorable IPO platform, and generate the highest proceeds from sale of businesses. He is a US Navy veteran who served on Flag Staff and has conducted business in 40 countries in addition to managing mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures in seven countries plus the US. Paul previously served as Executive VP and COO for Kodak Japan, is currently an active board member and consultant to several corporations, and is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) member who operates K&S Commercial, LLC brokerage in Titusville, Florida. He also is an adjunct college faculty member and lecturer in finance and international business. Paul holds an MBA in Finance (with Honors) from the US International University and a Management Science BS (Cum Laude) from the University of Buffalo, NY.
