The Fresh Beat Band, Nickelodeon’s preschool music group and stars of the hit Emmy Award-winning TV series of the same name, are bringing an all new concert to cities across the U.S.
The Fresh Beat Band Greatest Hits Live features Kiki (Yvette Gonzalez-Nacer), Shout (Thomas Hobson), Marina (Tara Perry), and Twist (Jon Beavers) performing in this brand new production featuring new hit songs such as “Walk Like an Egyptian” along with fan favorites from their live-action TV show and recent albums.
The band will perform all of their biggest hits that teach preschoolers about music appreciation and how to express their feelings through movement, song and instrumental music. Fresh Beat Band Party packages, which include a meet and greet with The Fresh Beat Band will be available.

Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees Ann and Nancy Wilson first showed the world that women can rock when their band, Heart, stormed the charts in the ‘70’s with hits like Crazy on You, Magic Man, Barracuda, Straight On, and so many more.
Not only did the Wilson sisters lead the band, they wrote the songs and played the instruments too, making them the first women in rock to do so. Heart continued topping the charts through the ‘80’s and ‘90’s with huge hits like These Dreams, Alone, What About Love, If Looks Could Kill, Never, and a string of other hits that showcased the sisters’ enormous talents as musicians and singers.

The National Acrobats of The People’s Republic of China 2014 was founded in 1951 and has been one of the most acclaimed acrobatic troupes in China.
Over several generations, the Company has developed many unique acrobatic acts like Global Motorcycling, Kicking Bowls to Heads on High Unicycles, Russian Bars In Chinese Traditional Style, Chinese Poles In Shaolin Style, Diving Through Moving Hoops, Aerial Bungee Tumblings, and Aerial Tissue Flowers, etc. These acts (and many others) have been enjoyed and praised by Chinese and foreign audiences for decades.
Since its inception in 1951, there have been more than two hundred artists of the Company that have won the gold and silver awards at international and national acrobatic competitions and circus festivals.

She received her industry’s highest award when Bette Midler, a great fan of her work, inducted her into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and her book My Name is Love: The Darlene Love Story has been turned into a movie starring Toni Braxton and premieres in December on the OWN Network.

Celebrate the holidays with conductor, Robert E. Lamb and the Brevard Community Chorus as they perform “Hodie,” by Ralph Vaughan Williams.
At its home in the Maxwell C. King Center for the Performing Arts, the chorus has performed such works as Bach’s Christmas Oratorio, Handel’s Messiah, Poulenc’s Gloria, Mozart’s Requiem, Brahms’s Ein Deutsches Requiem, and Orff ’s Carmina Burana.
Brevard Community Chorus is a volunteer organization of 100-plus voices that meets weekly for the purpose of rehearsing and performing the larger works of the choral repertoire.

The Nebraska Theatre Caravan is once again bringing their unique version of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol to Melbourne.
This Victorian version of Christmas magic is presented with a full array of traditional Christmas carols interwoven with the well-known story. Each carol was chosen for the dramatic atmosphere it contributes to the total evening.
Performed by a cast of 28 performers on a set evoking Currier and Ives prints and featuring special effects such as a spinning bed, this is a glorious holiday evening the whole family can enjoy.

After 50 active years of hit song making and international album sales well into the multi-millions, it’s safe to say that esteemed singer-songwriter and musician Gordon Lightfoot resides with some very exclusive company atop the list of all-time greats.
His song catalog is incredibly vast and includes such immortals as Early Morning Rain, If You Could Read My Mind, Carefree Highway, Sundown, (That’s What You Get) For Lovin Me, The Wreck Of The Edmund Fitzgerald, Cold On The Shoulder, Canadian Railroad Trilogy, Ribbon Of Darkness, Beautiful, Song For A Winter’s Night, Shadows, Rainy Day People, Did She Mention My Name and Summertime Dream to name a few.
