BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Department Fugitive Unit arrested BCSO’s Fugitive of the Week Nicholas Nuneson on Thursday at about 12:45 p.m.
“Throughout the morning our Agents followed up on leads provided by citizens on Facebook and other investigative leads which ultimately lead to his arrest,” said Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey.
Nunes was arrested without incident and was transported to the Brevard County Jail with a bond of $105,000.
At the time of his arrest, Nunes admitted to knowing he was the Fugitive of the Week and was making plans to flee Brevard County, and head to the Panhandle area of Florida.

“There is no doubt that while our Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit will be out looking for other Fugitives throughout the remainder of the week our citizens will be patiently awaiting our next Turn ‘Em In Tuesday Fugitive,” said Sheriff Ivey
