Armed Suspect Holds Up South Brevard Pharmacy, Police Seek To Identify and Locate Man

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne Police are seeking to identify and locate an armed robbery suspect that held up a CVS Pharmacy on the corner of N. Wickham Rd. and Parkway Dr. in Melbourne Saturday morning, according to Det. Sgt. Trevor Shafffer of the Melbourne Police Department. 

At around 9:05 a.m. officers responded to a reported armed robbery, however when police arrived the suspect had already fled the scene.

After interviewing witnesses and reviewing surveillance footage, police describe their wanted man was a white male wearing wearing a grey shirt, colorful board shorts, flip flops and a hat, the day of the of the robbery.

According to the preliminary investigation, the suspect appears to have pointed an object under his shirt when he demanded money from the clerk.

The suspect then took off with the cash and was last seen headed westbound in a white Nissan Armada or Pathfinder, according to police.
