Florida State Senator Debbie Mayfield To Hold 2017 Brevard Delegation Meeting Sept. 21

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Florida State Senator Debbie Mayfield will hold a Brevard Delegation Meeting Thursday, September 21 in the Brevard County Commission Chambers, located at 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way (Building C) in Viera.
The meeting will start at 1 p.m. and end at 6 p.m.
“It is important for our constituents to have an opportunity to communicate directly with their elected officials,” said Mayfield.
“I encourage everyone to save this date and participate in this meeting, as it gives local governments, businesses, organizations, and citizens the chance to share with the delegation issues that are of the most importance to them.”
The Brevard Delegation consists of six members of the Florida Legislature: Senator Debbie Mayfield (R-District 17), Senator Dorothy Hukill (R-District 14), Representative Thad Altman (R-District 52), Representative Randy Fine (R-District 53), Representative Tom Goodson (R-District 51), and Representative Rene Plasencia (R-District 50).
More information regarding participation specifics will be released in the near future.
Mayfield was elected to the Florida State Senate in 2016 to represent District 17, which included of Indian River and Brevard Counties. Prior to the Senate, Mayfield served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2008-2016.
