BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – Award-winning Chef Warren Caterson will present his informative and entertaining cooking shows on the Space Coast Daily Cooking Stage during the Space Coast Seafood and Music Festival set for Feb. 15 through 18.
This exciting family event will include a wide selection of fantastic seafood, top-flight entertainment, premier Arts & Crafts Show, a Pirates Festival and Parade, a Kids Zone, – and numerous other special events including a fun fair midway all four days and nights, with state fair rides and games.
Featuring fresh mouth-watering seafood provided by vendors both local and from all over the United States, don’t miss this signature event that will attract tens of thousands of attendees from all over Florida.
Join Chef Warren as he shares dozens of kitchen tips, cooking hints and humorous anecdotes about the joys and challenges of cooking seafood for two.
Chef Warren will answer such questions as: Should I buy my seafood fresh or frozen? What’s the best way to cook fish so it doesn’t come out dry? What’s the difference between farm-raised and wild-caught fish, and is one better than the other? Why are fish like tilapia so widely available and inexpensive? Can I use canned oysters or clams in place of fresh? Is it okay to serve red wine with seafood? And many more.
Chef Warren Caterson also wrote the award-winning cookbooks “Table for Two – The Cookbook for Couples” and “Table for Two – Back for Seconds,” each featuring over 235 recipes using fresh and readily available ingredients.
He has taken his passion on the road with an entertaining and energetic presentation that will inspire your inner chef while tickling your taste buds. Chef Warren will end each presentation with a seafood cooking demonstration, preparing a healthy seafood entrée that anyone can replicate in their own home in less than 10 minutes.

TICKETS: Seafood Festival Daily tickets are $8 each in advance or $10 on the day of the event.
A four-day, Seafood Festival pass is just $29, which is good for all four days of the festival but does not include the major concerts with Don McLean and Willie Nelson. It does include general admission access to the concerts with the Space Coast Symphony and The Wailers.
Festival tickets do not include admission to the concerts with Don McLean, Willie Nelson and Los Lonely Boys. The festival ticket is good for all the other entertainment during the fun event.
Individual concert ticket prices start at $20 for General Admission for one concert and includes festival admission.
A four-day, concert pass is just $49 and is good for all four days of concerts and four days of access to the festival. All concert tickets include Seafood Festival access.
Tickets may be purchased at any central Florida Walgreens or at any Ticketmaster location. Reserved concert tickets are only available at Ticketmaster at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 1-800-745-3000.
SPACE COAST DAILY PARK – THE VENUE: The beautiful 30-acre park was named after Space Coast Daily – Brevard’s most popular free news source. Space Coast Daily Park is ideally located in the middle of Brevard County, just off Interstate 95, for easy access from all areas of central Florida. Please do not bring the following items to the event: No food or beverages, coolers, chairs, alcohol of any kind, weapons, umbrellas may be brought into the event. Enter Space Coast Daily Park from Stadium Parkway. Parking is $5 and VIP parking is $10.
NOTE: There are no refunds, exchanges or rain checks for any reason. Gate admission does not include seafood, food or beverages. Children under 10 are free. Bags will be checked for inappropriate items. Please be courteous and avoid bringing prohibited items.
