BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Comprehensive Health Services is among the sponsors for the upcoming Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Games set for Saturday, Feb. 24 in Palm Bay.
In addition, Comprehensive Health Services will host a private event at its facility in Cape Canaveral, located at 8810 Astronaut Boulevard, on Friday, Feb. 23 featuring Col. Danny McKnight as a guest speaker.
The following day on Saturday, Feb. 24, the Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Team will be at Palm Bay’s Fred Poppe Regional Park, located at 1951 Malabar Road, to play a series of games.
The schedule includes the Opening Ceremonies that will begin at 12:30 p.m. with the first game between the Brevard County Sheriff’s Department’s Enforcers and the Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Team starting at 1 p.m.
After an intermission, the second game pitting the Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Team against Team Shield 1 will begin at 2:30 p.m. The third, and final game, of the tourney, will feature the Warrior Amputee Softball Team and Team Shield 2 at 4 p.m.
