Eastern Florida State College Women’s Basketball Team Finishes Perfect 14-0 at Home

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College women’s basketball team reached one of its preseason goals Wednesday night, defeating St. Petersburg to wrap up a perfect 14-0 record at home.

And it was a couple of sophomores playing their final game at Titan Field House that led the attack as Alexandrine Obouh Fegue tied her season high with 26 points and grabbed nine rebounds while Claire Bady finished with 21 points, seven rebounds and six assists.

The Titans jumped out to a 10-point lead midway through the first quarter as Eastern Florida State College led throughout the game. They continued to stretch the lead throughout the game as nine different players scored for the Titans.

After the game, the Titans recognized Brianna Lewis, Mariah Batz, Victoria Morales, Bady Obouh Fegue, Theodora Odia, Miranda Batz, Ieva Spigule and Dysheka Price who all played their final games at Titan Field House Wednesday night.

Eastern Florida State College finishes the regular season 22-6 overall and 6-2 in the Suncoast Conference and will travel to Ocala March 7-10 for the FCSAA State Tournament.
