MISSING PERSON ALERT: Brevard Sheriff’s Office Seeks Assistance in Locating Scott Kemper

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate an endangered and missing person, 53-year-old Scott Kemper who was last seen at his residence in Pt. St. John yesterday around noon.

Mr. Kemper is believed to have launched his beige 16-foot Tarpon Kayak at Haulover Canal, Mims.

Mr. Kemper’s Silver 2006 Scion was located at Haulover Canal with the kayak missing and all kayak straps inside the vehicle. A search of the area was conducted today with boats and aircraft but was unsuccessful in locating Mr. Kemper.
