Earth Fare will open this winter on Viera Boulevard and Murrell Road in Viera

VIERA, FLORIDA – Earth Fare, a specialty organic and natural grocery store and full-service supermarket, will open this winter on Viera Boulevard and Murrell Road in Viera. The 26,000 square-foot store will be part of the Viera East Village Shopping Center, currently being redeveloped by The Benchmark Group. 

Earth Fare has demonstrated rapid growth in Florida, with four new stores opening in the state in the last 12 months.

“We are extremely excited to be bringing such a quality natural and organic grocery operator as Earth Fare to the Viera market,” said Martin DelleBovi, Executive Vice President, Director of Real Estate of The Benchmark Group.

“We have looked at several different opportunities to redevelop this center into its next life cycle and we are thrilled that by being patient we were able to secure Earth Fare. This provides us the opportunity to completely renovate the entire center and complete the build out of the additional outparcels.”

Shoppers will also find a wide variety of Clean, natural choices at Viera Kitchen, featuring ready-to-go and prepared foods including the salad bar, hot foods bar, pizza station, sandwich counter, and conveniently packaged meals-on-the-go.
