Deputy loves making a difference in his community

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA– On Thursday, a local resident posted a picture on Facebook of Brevard County Deputy Sheriff Andrew Johnson tossing a football with some of our younger citizens who were enjoying their summer vacation.
The initial post by Martina Deblois was too good not to share, as it truly captures the essence of Deputy Johnson and all of our members who work hard every day to protect our citizens while also establishing incredible relationships with those of all ages within our community.
Andrew is an awesome member of our team and in case you missed it in the photo, had a pretty sharp spiral on the ball. He is truly committed to serving others, loves making a difference in his community and I could not be more proud of him.
In addition to showing what a great job Andrew does for our agency, the post also offered great advice by telling everyone to take pride in their neighborhood, report anything out of the ordinary and Law Enforcement will respond, which ties perfectly into our motto of “if you see something, say something.”
Please join me in thanking Deputy Andrew Johnson for all he does to keep our community safe and also in thanking Martina for taking the time to recognize our Deputy’s efforts and for partnering with us to keep our community safe.
