BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Welcome to the dog days of Summer. With temperatures heating up here in Florida, we’re always looking for refreshing ways to stay cool in the Summer heat, like our Florida watermelon popsicle.

Ingredients:
4-6 cups Florida watermelon (seedless), cubed
4 tablespoons Florida key lime juice
¼ cup Florida natural sugar
1 lime, zest only
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to blender, puree until smooth. Pour into a popsicle mold (use wooden popsicles sticks or molds that have sticks provided) and freeze for at least 3 hours to set. Unmold and serve immediately.
