Florida Prep Open House Set Nov.12, Now Accepting Boys and Girls in Grades 5-12

Florida Prep is now accepting boys and girls in grades 5-12 and will host an Open House on Monday, November 12, on their Melbourne, Florida campus. “Everything you imagine, and more, is available to your child as a day student at Florida Prep,” said Florida Tech spokesperson Jeanette Midleton.

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Florida Prep is now accepting boys and girls in grades 5-12 and will host an Open House on Monday, November 12, on their Melbourne, Florida campus.

“Everything you imagine, and more, is available to your child as a day student at Florida Prep,” said Florida Prep spokesperson Jeanette Middleton.

A Florida Preparatory Academy Open House offers the families of prospective students a chance to experience the exciting environment of east central Florida’s premier day school.

“With scholarships and grants, attendance at Florida Prep is well within the reach of your family and as a secular academy, your child will not be required to attend religious services,” said Middleton.

“This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of the Florida Prep family, to study alongside students from 22 different countries and to enjoy the benefits of a college prep education at a fraction of the cost of a traditional boarding school.

With scholarships and grants, attendance at Florida Prep is well within the reach of your family. During the Open House on November 12, visitors will be greeted by Florida Prep administrators in the historic Hall of Flags where they will have the opportunity to meet department heads, including the admissions director, dean of students and principal.

During the Open House on November 12, visitors will be greeted by Florida Prep administrators in the historic Hall of Flags where they will have the opportunity to meet department heads, including the admissions director, dean of students and principal.

“Afterward, attendees will be given a tour of our academy accompanied by our students,” said Middleton.

“You will have a chance to see Florida Prep through a student’s perspective as well as have any questions answered by our admissions team.”

At the end of the Open House, the admissions team will be available to conduct student interviews. Open Houses begin promptly at 9:30 a.m. and conclude around 11:30 a.m.

The Florida Prep campus is located at 1950 South Academy Drive in Melbourne, Florida – conveniently located on Route 192 East, approximately 4 miles east of Exit 180 on Interstate I-95.
