Caribbean-themed restaurant Junkanoo Island Kitchen and Rum Bar hosted their grand opening on Monday in Port Canaveral.

BREVARD COUNTY • PORT CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – Caribbean-themed restaurant Junkanoo Island Kitchen and Rum Bar hosted their grand opening on Monday in Port Canaveral.

The establishment is located on 626 Glen Cheek Dr.

The Port’s newest restaurant is located next to Rusty’s Seafood & Oyster Bar in The Cove dining and entertainment district.

Hours of operation:

Monday-Friday 3 p.m.-10 p.m.

Saturday-Sunday 11 a.m.- 10 p.m.
