Merritt Island Foot and Ankle also offers a painless alternative to help treat painful and debilitating conditions.

“MLS Laser Therapy uses specific wavelengths of light that enters damaged cells and stimulates inter-cellular activity that reduces pain and swelling, speeds recovery of healing, improves local blood circulation and has no negative side effects,” said Dr. Beylin.

MLS Laser Therapy effectively treats Plantar fasciitis/heel pain, tendon and ligament injuries, sore muscles, muscle strains and tears, degenerative joint conditions, neurological and general pain, musculoskeletal disorders, pre-and post-surgical treatment and anti-inflammation application.

If you reached your limit of steroid injections, or want a non-steroidal option, to help alleviate pain and swelling AmnioFix Sports Med may be the answer.

An injection with human amniotic membrane allograft contains growth factors that helps target sites to heal and regenerate your damaged tissue,” said Dr. Beylin.

“A great alternative for surgery and steroidal injections, AmnioFix Sports Med is used to treat Haglund’s deformity /posterior heel pain, Plantar fasciitis, tendinitis, bunion pain, joint/arthritic pain, Morton’s neuroma and foot and ankle pain and swelling.”
