BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne police detectives are seeking the whereabouts of two fugitives and seeking help from the public.

• Kinte Renard Brooks is wanted for attempted second-degree murder and possession of a firearm during a felony.

Brooks, 20, is 5-feet-7-inches tall and known to frequent the South Melbourne and Titusville.

• Chelsea Irene Morgan is wanted for grand theft, dealing in stolen property and false verification of ownership.

Morgan, 29, is 4-feet-11-inches tall and known to frequent the Eau Gallie and beachside areas.
