BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 43-year-old Joseph Donald Franklin, who was featured in the agency’s latest “Wheel of Fugitive” presentation.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, Franklin is wanted for an alleged violation of drug-offender probation related to possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
Franklin is being held under a no-bond status if taken into custody.
