Florida Tech Panthers Clinch Spot In NCAA Tournament, Plays West Florida on Saturday

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – No. 23 Florida Tech men’s soccer has made the big dance. The Panthers have clinched a spot in the NCAA DII Super Regional 2 tournament and will take the pitch of Rick Stottler Field for the second-round match against the University of West Florida Argonauts.

This is Florida Tech’s first trip to the NCAA tournament since the team’s 2016 campaign.

The Crimson and Gray started off the season on fire as they won their first seven matches and were unbeaten throughout its first 10. This streak helped the team raise as high as No. 5 in the nation.

Florida Tech amazing season helped propel them to a regular season second-place finish in the Sunshine State Conference as they went 7-2-1.

The Panthers match against West Florida is set to take place Saturday, Nov. 23, at 7 p.m. ET.
