BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – This past Monday, our Fugitive Agents slapped handcuffs on Carl St. George who was the featured target on “Wheel of Fugitive” a few months ago.

St. George was arrested after our Fugitive Unit received a Crimeline Tip that provided information on where St. George was going to be on a job site.

Agents set up surveillance on the described location in Merritt Island and subsequently observed St. George on the job site as the citizen who gave the anonymous tip had informed.

St. George was taken into custody as instructed by the warrants for his arrest and was transported to the Brevard County Jail where he was being held on a “No Bond” status for Failure To Appear reference Battery Domestic Violence and Violation of Community Control reference Burglary.

At the time of his arrest, St. George told agents he knew he had two warrants and was avoiding law enforcement as long as he could.

He also knew he was featured on the “Wheel of Fugitive” and knew it would be just a matter of time before our citizens told Agents where he could be located. St. George further shared with our Agents that he watched his particular episode of “Wheel Of Fugitive” and was aware that it got a lot of comments and responses.

So here is the moral of the story…if you are watching “Wheel of Fugitive” to see if you are on the wheel, then you should probably go turn yourself in before our citizens tell our Fugitive Agents where they can come snatch you up and take you to jail.
