Fast-Acting Brevard Fire Rescue Firefighters Save Residential Structure in Port St. John

Brevard County Fire Rescue firefighters responded to a heavily involved recreational vehicle located at 6125 Chapman Street in Port St. John Friday night about 10:23 p.m.

BREVARD COUNTY • PORT ST. JOHN – Brevard County Fire Rescue firefighters responded to a heavily involved recreational vehicle located at 6125 Chapman Street in Port St. John Friday night about 10:23 p.m.

According to Brevard County Fire Rescue, the blaze has been put out and the scene is winding down.

One person was checked out for minor smoke inhalation.

The nearby home, and a second RV, were saved by the fast-acting firefighters, but the RV of origin was a total loss.

The cause of the blaze is unknown and the fire inspector is en route.
