BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Commission voted 4-1 on Thursday to open up beach parking lots during a special meeting held in Viera at the Brevard County Government building.
The meeting discussed beachside measures, opening up public playgrounds, opening up public libraries and Gov. DeSantis’ phase one steps to opening up Florida.
The Commission also voted to open public libraries with social distancing measures.
The measures voted on Thursday will now head to the Policy Board for review before being implemented.
