The National Weather Service in Melbourne forecast for Brevard County on Thursday calls for a 30 percent chance of showers, mainly after 3 p.m., mostly cloudy skies with a high near 82.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The National Weather Service in Melbourne forecast for Brevard County on Thursday calls for a 30 percent chance of showers, mainly after 3 p.m., mostly cloudy skies with a high near 82.

The forecast also calls for east northeast wind 10 to 15 mph.

On Friday night there is a 30 percent chance of showers before 9 p.m. Skies will be mostly cloudy, with a low around 69. East wind 5 to 10 mph becoming south after midnight.

Saturday: Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 9 a.m. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 87. South southwest wind 5 to 10 mph increasing to 10 to 15 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

Saturday Night: Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm before 9 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 70. West wind 5 to 10 mph. The chance of precipitation is 60%.

Sunday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 9 a.m. Partly sunny, with a high near 89. Southwest wind around 5 mph.

Sunday Night: A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 72. West southwest wind around 5 mph becoming calm. The chance of precipitation is 20%.

Monday: A slight chance of showers, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 9 a.m. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 86. South southwest wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%.

Monday Night: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 3 a.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 67. West wind 5 to 10 mph becoming light after midnight.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 84. Calm wind becoming north around 5 mph.

Tuesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 63. North northeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm.
