BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Each year on May 15 at the exact time Law Enforcement Officers and the families of fallen heroes gather together at the American Police Hall of Fame to remember those who gave their lives in the line of duty to protect their communities.

It is a somber, yet uplifting time that truly captures the honor, dignity, and dedication of each man and woman who made the ultimate sacrifice.

This year because of the conditions created by COVID-19, the American Police Hall of Fame and the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Media Production Team have joined together to create a “Virtual Memorial Service” that captures the essence of the annual memorial service while also displaying the names and photos of the 146 men and women who lost their lives in 2019 standing guard against the terrors of evil.

Please take a moment to watch this beautiful 18-minute tribute to our fallen heroes and to visit the American Police Hall of Fame that carries on the legacy of America’s Finest Law Enforcement Officers.
