BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Sheriff’s Agents have arrested 33-year-old, Antwan Hart Yates of Melbourne, in connection with a Social Media post asking rioters to burn down Brevard County courthouses.

According to Brevard County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Tod Goodyear, Yates was taken into custody yesterday evening after a warrant for his arrest was issued by Judge Jennifer Taylor, charging him with Encouraging a Riot and Solicitation to Commit Arson.
