ABOVE VIDEO: The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is seeking Frederick Monroe, 52, in the latest edition of “Fishing for Fugitives,” as Sheriff Wayne Ivey comes to you from Riverwalk Family Park and Nature Center in Rockledge.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is seeking Frederick Monroe, 52, in the latest edition of “Fishing for Fugitives,” as Sheriff Wayne Ivey comes to you from Riverwalk Family Park and Nature Center in Rockledge.

In this episode Sheriff Ivey is seeking Monroe who is wanted for Violation of Probation Reference Felony Battery by Second or Subsequent Offense.

Sheriff Ivey says that Monroe is known to be in the “waters of the Melbourne area” and was last “hooked” March  19, 2020.

Monroe is on a no-bond status.

“If you’re the ‘Catch of the Day,’ you know what to do, turn yourself in and do the right thing – don’t make our Fugitive Unit come to get you. Because if you don’t turn yourself in, I promise you, they aren’t far from your house,” said Sheriff Ivey.

“Let’s make the Space Coast a safer place to live by assisting the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office in the apprehension of wanted fugitives, or in this case, the chance to “Hook ’em and Book ’em.”
