BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Melbourne Fire Department added two new members last week as they were sworn in by Chief Chuck Bogle and pinned by their family members.

New MFD members FF/PM Flowers and FF/PM Reyes just completed a three-week orientation and will be started on shift last week.

“Join the Melbourne Fire Department in welcoming FF/PM Flowers and FF/PM Reyes to our family,” said MFD officials.

Since 1916, the Melbourne Fire Department has been protecting the Melbourne community.
