“Salute to Brevard is our favorite time of the year here at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex,” said Therrin Protze, chief operating officer of the visitor complex.

“We get to invite our neighbors in to explore space and collect supplies for Brevard County Sharing Centers at the same time. It’s the best of both worlds – sharing the visitor complex with our neighbors, and then sharing with the community. As we continue to navigate the global pandemic, we are especially grateful to our neighbors bringing supplies to help those struggling.”

“We are very thankful for the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex for hosting Salute to Brevard again this year,” said David Brubaker, president/CEO of the Central Brevard Sharing Center.

“The basic need items collected during this event are critical to our agencies, especially during this time. Thanks to all the Brevard residents who continue to support us through their kindness & generosity. The need for these donations are at an all-time high, so the timing for this event is perfect.”
