Launch is targeted for 9:43 p.m. ET

ABOVE VIDEO: Crew Dragon’s test flight with NASA astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley on board the spacecraft marked the return of U.S. human spaceflight and the first-time in history a commercial company successfully transported NASA astronauts to the International Space Station and back home to Earth.

BREVARD COUNTY • CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – SpaceX is set to launch a Falcon 9 rocket carrying the GPS 3 satellite from Cape Canaveral Friday Night.

Launch window opens at 9:43 p.m. ET.

The Falcon 9 rocket will carry the U.S. Air Force’s fourth third-generation navigation satellite for the Global Positioning System (GPS 3).

Following first-stage separation, SpaceX will attempt to recover the rocket booster engine shortly after liftoff.
