Thrive Brevard Health and Wellness Expo Set for Thursday in Rockledge

over 40 health and wellness vendors will participate

BREVARD COUNTY • ROCKLEDGE, FLORIDA — The free Thrive Brevard Space Coast Health & Wellness Expo, presented by Health First, will bring health experts, community resources and interactive wellness activities to Rockledge on Thursday, August 20.

The community event will run from 9 a.m. to noon at the Space Coast Health Foundation, located at 1100 Rockledge Boulevard, Suite 100.

More than 40 health and wellness vendors will participate, offering local resources and information designed to support attendees’ physical, mental and emotional well-being.

The expo will also feature presentations from several Health First professionals, including:

  • Dr. Kevin Campbell, a cardiologist, discussing sudden cardiac death treatment and prevention

  • DeAnn Collins, MSW, LCSW, behavioral services clinical manager

  • Rebecca Osgood, community educator

  • Paulette Swanson, rehabilitation manager

Following the expo, guests may participate in free breakout wellness workshops from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Sessions will include guided imagery, breathwork, hot yoga and a sound bath.

Each workshop is limited to 30 participants.

Attendees can also enjoy healthy snacks provided by Fuego & Salt, along with wellness shots sponsored by The Drip Bar at Pineda Landings and prepared by Fuego & Salt.
