HIGHLY TRAINED AND EXPERIENCED

Dr. Sprock has received her residency training in OB/GYN at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. Her fellowship training in Urogynecology was under Dr. David Richardson also at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.

Dr. Sprock is a Dutch native, who moved to the United States to do her OB/GYN residency training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. Dr. Sprock continued her training in Urogynecology at Henry Ford Hospital, one of the major teaching hospitals in the United States, under Dr. David Richardson.

Spending more than a decade at Henry Ford, she also served as the assistant program director of the OB/GYN residency program for 5 years and as the director of the Urogynecology section. She has been honored with numerous awards during her career, from excellence in laparoscopic surgery to excellence in patient care.

Dr. Sprock is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist (FACOG) with fellowship training in urogynecology. Dr. Sprock is also one of the nation’s first Board Certified FPMRS specialists: Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Sprock has contributed to the development of several mesh and incontinence sling products as well as the development of new surgical procedures. In addition, she has taught numerous physicians the latest techniques and helped them improve their surgical skills and knowledge. She is now providing laser treatments for vaginal atrophy, vaginal tightening and urinary incontinence, as well as being a training center for these treatments.
