ABOVE AUDIO: Melbourne Police have released the 911 calls after the fatal shooting early Sunday morning at Off the Traxx that killed Alain Noel from Palm Bay.

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne Police have released the 911 calls after the fatal shooting early Sunday morning at Off the Traxx that killed Alain Noel, 34, from Palm Bay.

When police arrived, they found two victims around 1:10 a.m.

In the audio release, a caller could be heard saying “Shots fired! Shots fired!” and “We got a body on the ground!”

The fatal shooting victim, identified as 34-year-old Alain Noel from Palm Bay, was found unconscious by police.

He was transported to Holmes Regional where he was pronounced dead by hospital staff.

A female employee, identified as a 29-year-old woman, received a non-life-threatening injury as a result from the shooting and was taken to Holmes Regional where she is expected to recover.

At the time of the shootings, Off the Traxx was reported to be near capacity at approximately 350 patrons, police say.

Off the Traxx is located at 918 E New Haven Ave. in Melbourne and is known to be boisterous sports bar with pool tables and pub grub, plus a dance floor with DJ events.

The Melbourne Police Criminal Investigations Unit is actively investigating this case.

At this time, the identity of the suspect(s) is unknown and the Melbourne Police Department is requesting the assistance of anyone who witnessed this shooting to call 321-608-6450 to provide information.
