KEEP BREVARD BEAUTIFUL: City of Palm Bay Seeks Volunteers for Trash Bash April 9

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – The City of Palm Bay is seeking volunteers for the 2022 Trash Bash event to be held on Saturday, April 9 from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.

Each year, the City of Palm Bay and other Brevard County municipalities partner with Keep Brevard Beautiful to remove litter from the community.

Clean-up supplies will be provided to participants at designated event sites.

This year, the City of Palm Bay will host four clean-up sites:

■ Palm Bay Road and U.S. Hwy. 1

■ Northview Street NE and Robert J. Conlan Boulevard (meet at Liberia Park)

■ Minton Road and Malabar Road (meet at Palm Bay City Hall)

■ San Filippo Drive SE and Malabar Road

Special recognition will be given to the city with the greatest number of volunteers and the city that collects the most trash by weight.

Volunteers are welcome to sign up in person at their chosen site, however, preregistration is recommended.
