Space Coast Home Builders and Contractors Association to Host Builder 2 Vendor Meet & Greet May 4

The Space Coast Home Builders and Contractors Association (HBCA) in collaboration with a collection of Brevard County’s top Production Home Builders and General Contractors is announcing the “2022 Builder 2 Vendor Meet & Greet.” This multi-faceted event will be held Wednesday, May 4 at the facilities of the Home Builders and Contractors Association, located at 1500 W. Eau Gallie Boulevard in Melbourne.

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Space Coast Home Builders and Contractors Association, in collaboration with a collection of Brevard County’s top Production Home Builders and General Contractors, will present “2022 Builder 2 Vendor Meet & Greet.”

This multi-faceted event will be held Wednesday, May 4 at the facilities of the Home Builders and Contractors Association, located at 1500 W. Eau Gallie Boulevard in Melbourne.

The event will feature 12 of the Space Coast’s premier commercial general contractors and production home building companies including Avtec Homes, Certified General Contractors, D.R. Horton, Hedrick Brothers Construction, Holiday Builders, Lennar Homes, Maronda Homes, MEC General Contractors, MH Williams Construction Group, Northboro Builders, Viera Builders and WELBRO Building Corporation.

Skilled trades and vendors from across Brevard County, especially those focused on carpentry, framing, drywall, concrete, masonry, painting, truss suppliers and window suppliers are invited to join the HBCA and attend this important event.

Based on availability, skilled trades and vendors can schedule three, six, or 12 private, one on one meetings with the builders of their choice. Each meeting will last ten minutes with five-minute breaks between.

“The Space Coast HBCA is committed to being the driving force in creating an environment in which the construction industry and its associated businesses thrive on Florida’s Space Coast,” said Christina Slate, HBCA President.

Immediately following the private 1-on-1 meeting, a complimentary trade show and networking mixer for all Space Coast HBCA members will be held in the association’s auditorium. The Media Sponsor for this unique event is Truist Bank.

“With record demands being placed on the Space Coast building industry, the HBCA has launched this initiative to help bring Brevard County’s construction resources together in one place,” said John Thomas, HBCA Chief Executive Officer.

“This first-ever event is designed to build long-term relationships between our commercial general contractors, production home builders, and the skilled trades and vendors they need daily to maximize efficiency and ultimately reduce the construction time for consumers.”
