Titusville Police are conducting a homicide investigation involving a 61-year-old man from Titusville.

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Titusville Police are conducting a homicide investigation involving a 61-year-old man from Titusville.

Officers responded to a report of a shooting at a residence located on the 200 block of Coronado Boulevard on Sunday, November 20, 2022 at approximately 2 a.m..

The preliminary investigation revealed the victim, James Tirion Mack, 61, of Titusville, was found in the backyard of the residence with an apparent gunshot wound.

Mack was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead at approximately 3 a.m.

The suspect(s) are still at large and believed to have known to Mack.

This homicide investigation remains ongoing and more details will be released.
