BREVARD COUNTY • WEST MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – West Melbourne Police arrested 25-year-old Jarret Gordon Hefler after officers observed him reckless driving south on Hollywood Boulevard from US-192 on Thursday.

According to West Melbourne Lieutenant Graig Erenstoft, the vehicle drove over a raised median and began to fishtail on the roadway.

In an attempt to further elude the officer, Hefler turned off his vehicle headlights as it traveled down Hollywood boulevard.

No injuries were reported at the scene of the crash.
